Yvonne (Thompson) "Bonnie" Pearson

Yvonne Thompson “Bonnie” Pearson, 68, of Spartanburg, SC, passed away on Tuesday, June 20, 2023, at Regency Hospital-Greenville. A native of Spartanburg, SC, she was the wife of Milton Pearson and daughter of the late James Edward Thompson and Nena Thompson Thompson. She was a faithful member of Friendship Baptist Church in Spartanburg, SC. She graduated from Carver High School. Mrs. Pearson affectionately known as “Bonnie” positively impacted many lives with her compassionate service in Child Care.

In addition to her parents, Bonnie was preceded in death by one brother, Sam Thompson.

Bonnie leaves precious memories to one son; Undre Thompson; one daughter, Shona (Marcus) Washington; one brother, Anthony Thompson; two sisters, Crystal Smith, and Joyce (Lester) Cross; seven grandchildren; one great grand-daughter; and a host of other relatives and friends all whom will miss her dearly.

The family will receive friends at 728 Asheville Highway, Spartanburg, SC. Arrangements have been entrusted to Community Mortuary, Inc., 102 Marion Avenue, Spartanburg, SC.
