Wilson MacDonald Alt

Wilson MacDonald Alt, 68, of Spartanburg, SC, passed away on Thursday, October 19, 2023, at Valley Falls Terrace Rehabilitation Center.  A native of Cumberland , MD, he was the son of the late Lowell Everett and Elizabeth Smith Alt. He proudly served his country in the United States Army and was honorably discharged. He was a graduate of Petersburg High School, Petersburg, WV, and furthered his education at Concord University of WV. Mr. Alt chose a career as an Accountant.

He was preceded in death by one brother, Osceola Alt and one sister, Elizabeth "Betsy" Alt.

Survivors include his wife, Susan Alt; one son, Scott MacDonald Alt, one daughter, Sara Ann Alt; two brothers, Lowell (Dottie) Alt and Mike Alt; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Community Mortuary, Inc., 102 Marion Avenue, Spartanburg, SC.
