Willie Frank Stroble

Willie Frank Stroble, Sr., 60, of 162 Lincoln Drive, Spartanburg, SC passed away January 28, 2021 at his residence.  A native of Spartanburg County, SC, he was the husband of Margaret Boyd Stroble of the home and the son of Robert Miller of Spartanburg, SC and the late Carrie Lee Stroble Miller.  He was of the Baptist Faith, a graduate of Spartanburg High School, and worked as a brick mason.  He was preceded in death by his mother and a son, Willis Boyd.  Survivors in addition to his wife include one son, Willie Frank Stroble, Jr. of Spartanburg, SC; one daughter, Christy Boyd of Greenville, SC; seven grandchildren; a cousin who was like a brother, Roman Lee Carter of Spartanburg, SC; a cousin who was like a sister, Eddie Mae Walker; and a host of other relatives and friends.  The family will receive friends at the home.  Arrangements are with Community Mortuary, 102 Marion Avenue, Spartanburg, SC.
