Shirley (Gray) Hunter

Shirley Hunter, 63, of Union, SC passed away Friday night, January 21, 2021 at her residence. She was born November 6, 1958 to the late Colie Gray, Jr. and Josephine Johnson Gray.

She attended Bethesda Baptist Church and was aformer employee with Monarch Mills and Wallace Thomson Hospital.  She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Colie Gray, Jr. and Darrell Gray; three sisters, Barbara Jones, Nancy Ann Jeter and Debra Gray.

Shirley leaves to cherish many memories, one daugther, Markeshia Hunter Booker of the home; three grandchildren, Rashaad (LaSheronda Byers)Green, Rykeem Green and Raja-Nee Green all of Union, SC; three great-grandchildren, Gavin Green, Zylah Green, London Green all of Union, SC; two brothers, Robert (Patricia) Gray of Spartanburg, SC and Bobby ( Ann Marie) Gray of Union, SC; one sister, Mary JoAnn Hall of Union, SC and a host of other loving family relatives and dear friends. Arrangements are with Community Mortuary, 361 Meansville Road, Union, SC.
