Obituary
Shawn Marie Nesbitt, 49, of Spartanburg, SC, passed away Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at Union Medical Center. A native of Spartanburg, SC, she was the daughter of the late Ralph Holmes and Mary Louise Nesbitt Holmes. She was a 1992 graduate of Spartanburg High School and attended Spartanburg Community College. She was of the Baptist faith. She was a former employee of Tyco and Dish Network. She leaves precious memories to three sisters, Decindy (Reverend Albert) Sims, Roxanne Watson, and Karen Mallory; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, Emma Mae Knox; Willie and Mattie Jefferies, and Horace Dawkins. The family will receive friends at 2754 Carolina Country Club Road, Spartanburg, SC. Arrangements have been entrusted to Community Mortuary, Inc., 102 Marion Avenue, Spartanburg, SC.
