Ronnie Dean "Dickey Redd" Washington

Ronnie Dean “Dickey Redd” Washington, 56 of Spartanburg, SC passed away July 16, 2021. A native of Spartanburg County, SC, he was the son of Mildred Washington of Spartanburg, SC and the late James Moss.  He attended Spartanburg District Seven and was a former employee of Fox Fashions.  He was a member of Wyatt’s Chapel Baptist Church.  Survivors in addition to his mother include four brothers, Timothy Washington of Rock Hill, SC, Anthony (Sandra) Washington of Spartanburg, SC, Kent (Alicia) Washington of Lyman, SC, and Travis Washington of Atlanta, GA; two half-brothers, Kevin (Charlita) Moss of Spartanburg, SC and Anthony Lyles of Spartanburg, SC; two sisters, Denise Washington of Lyman, SC and India Washington of Spartanburg, SC; one uncle, Leonard Washington, of Spartanburg, SC; and a host of nieces, nephew, cousins, and friends. The family will receive friends at 1197 Flint Ridge Drive, Spartanburg, SC.  Graveside services will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday, July 23, 2021 at Lincoln Memorial Gardens.  Arrangements are with Community Mortuary, Inc. Spartanburg, SC.
