Obituary

Richard David Eison was born in Union, SC on September 20, 1970, to  Margaret Eison Sims of the home and the late Matthew Eison.   He entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, February 1, 2023 at his residence.

“Richo” as he was affectionately called by those who knew him attended the public schools of Union County as was self-employed for many years. He was diehard Dallas Cowboys fan.

“Richo” leaves precious memories to his beloved mother, Margaret Eison Sims; one son, Marcus Jones; one daughter, Raven Jones; six grandchildren; four brothers, Kenny Eison, Craig Eison, Darin Eison, and Curtis Sims; three sisters, Tracy Eison, Tiffany Eison, and Tamela Williams; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and other loving relatives and friends.

“Richo” was predeceased by his father, Matthew Eison; his brothers, Melvin Eugene “Tweety Bird” Eison and Paul Ellis Eison; and his stepfather, Curtis Sims, Sr., who was a father to him and his siblings.

 Arrangements are with Community Mortuary, 361 Meansville Road, Union, SC.
