Raymond Glenn

Raymond Glenn was born July 30, 1961, to Mrs. Essie Jeter Glenn and the late Leroy Glenn. He passed away on Saturday, June 4, 2022, in Spartanburg Medical Center. He joined Williams Chapel A.M.E. Zion Church at an early age. He attended Saint Luke A. M. E. Zion Church.  

He was retired from United Contractors Bridge Company after twenty-four years of service. 

He was preceded in death by three brothers, James "Sellar" Glenn, William Ray "Cat" Glenn and Bruce Allen "Bay Gay" Glenn and two sisters, Peggy Ann Glenn and Brenda Dawkins.

He leaves to cherish many memories his mother, Mrs. Essie Jeter Glenn of Carlisle, SC; his companion of thirty years, Lucy Gage of the home; two brothers, Leroy Glenn, Jr. and Larry Glenn both of Carlisle, SC; one sister, Lela Glenn Kelly of Carlisle, SC; three step-daughters, Shauntella Gage of Union, SC, Brienna Stewart of Carlisle, SC and Tassica Stewart of the home; six step-grandchildren, and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and dear friends.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Community Mortuary, Inc., 361 Meansville Road, Union, SC.
