Pauline Elizabeth Peake

Pauline Elizabeth Peake, 92, of Fayetteville, GA, formerly of Union, SC, passed away Wednesday January 25, 2023 at Piedmont Fayette Hospital. A native of Union, SC, she was the daughter of the late James and Delilah Pruitt Peake. She was a graduate of Sims High School and was retired from the Social Security Administration after many years of service. She was a member of St. Luke Baptist Church, Buffalo, SC. 

Ms. Peake was preceded in death by two brothers; Wilbert Thomas, Rev. George Peake; three sisters, Sarah Margaret, Caroline Peggy Smith, Rev. Thelma P. Bartley; one daughter-in-law, Pearl Cunningham.

She leaves fond memories to one son, Rafus Cunningham; ten grandchildren; twenty-four great-grandchildren; three brothers, William Ryan Peake, Jimmy (Barbara) Peake, Howard "Billy" (Mary) Peak; close friend, George Carter; and a host of other caring relatives, neighbors and friends, all of whom will miss her dearly.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Community Mortuary, Inc., 361 Meansville Road, Union, SC.
