Paul Edward Means, Sr., 74, of Harlem, NY and formerly of Union, SC passed away on November 2, 2024. A native of Union County, SC, he was the son of the late Edmond “Jack” Browning and Louise Peake Means. He was a 1970 graduate of Sims High School and worked in the construction industry. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sons, Rashun Jeter and Paul Means, Jr. He is survived by two sons, Paul, Kendrick Means of SC and Paul Means of FL; three daughters, Robin Means of SC, Nadia Means of SC, and Jennifer Means of SC; eight grandchildren; two greatgrandchildren; brothers, E. J. Means, George Browning, and Edmond Lee Browning; sister, Louvenia Gory; aunts, Sarah Foster and Annie Brewton; uncle, Calvin (Mary) Peake; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
