Patricia Ann Cathcart

Patricia Ann Cathcart, 55, of Snellville, GA and formerly of Spartanburg, SC passed away on Saturday afternoon at Select Specialty Hospital - Midtown Atlanta.  A native of Spartanburg County, SC, she was the daughter of the late Willie Jay Wilkins and Evelyn Ruth Cathcart Haney. She attended the public schools and Spartanburg County and worked for Concept Packaging.  She was a member of Smith Chapel Baptist Church.  She is survived by one son, Darius Cathcart of Spartanburg, SC; three daughters, Princess Cathcart of the home, Tosha Cathcart of Greer, SC, and Taneisha Cathcart of Duncan, SC, eleven grandchildren; three brothers, Willie Stephon Cathcart of Spartanburg, SC, Keith Wilkins of Fayetteville, NC, and Charlie Brown of Spartanburg, SC; sisters, Cynthia Cathcart of Spartanburg, SC, Sheila Wilkins of Spartanburg, SC, Pondanesa Coffey (Antoine); uncles, Michael Cathcart of Spartanburg, SC, and Nathan Wilkins (Sarah) of Spartanburg, SC; aunt, Margaret Cathcart of Spartanburg, SC; her longtime companion, Brian Smarr; and host of nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by uncles, Robert Cathcart, Perry Cathcart, Johnny Cathcart, and Tommy Lee Cathcart.  The family will receive friends at 954 Mary Grace Lane, Duncan, SC. Community Mortuary, 102 Marion Avenue, Spartanburg, SC is serving the family.
