Monica Eileen (Samuels) Bell

Monica Eileen Samuels Bell, 81, of Woodruff, SC, passed away on Saturday, June 17, 2023. A native of Discovery Bay, Jamaica, she was the widow of William Bell, Jr. and the daughter of the late Teddy Sylvester Samuels and Erna May Evans Samuels. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and earned her living as a kind and compassionate Caretaker to those in need. 

Ms. Bell was preceded in death by  one daughter, Erika Horton; one brother, Ted Samuels; and three sisters, Elaine Cheeks, Joy Samuels, and Michelle Samuels. 

Precious memories are left to one son, Terry Wint; one daughter, Karen Miracle; three brothers, Lenworth Samuels, George Samuels, and Christopher Samuels; two sisters, Charmaine Harris and Joan Fraser; and a host of other relatives, neighbors, and friends. 

Arrangements have been entrusted to Community Mortuary, Inc., 102 Marion Avenue, Spartanburg, SC.
