Marilyn Alberta Graham, daughter of the late Rev. Hugh Bell and Carolyn Graham, peacefully entered into eternal rest surrounded by her loving family on April 15, 2026, at Spartanburg Medical Center. At 12:30 p.m., she answered the call home to be with God, her Heavenly Father.
Marilyn was a proud graduate of Carver High School, Class of 1970. With a deep love for music, she continued her education at Clinton College, where she earned an Associate Degree in Music. She later dedicated 36 years of faithful service to Siemens before retiring.
A devoted and steadfast member of Metropolitan AME Zion Church, Marilyn lived a life rooted in faith, service, and love. Her commitment to God, her church, and her family was unwavering and evident to all who knew her.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Travis Josephine Dillard and Annie Bell Green; and her brother, Kenneth Whitfield Davis.
She leaves to cherish her precious memories: her daughter, Ivana Tucker, and her son, Marquces Littlejohn, both of Spartanburg, South Carolina; two sisters, Dr. Margaret F. (Arthur) Dawson, Ph.D., of Biloxi, Mississippi, and Carolyn Hamilton of Charlotte, North Carolina; seven beloved grandchildren, Victoria Littlejohn, Phorizene Foster, Jr., Marquces Littlejohn, Jr., Tommy Littlejohn, Marasia Littlejohn, Jaylen Littlejohn, and Quaylen Littlejohn, all of Spartanburg, South Carolina; and six adored great-grandchildren, Amari Littlejohn, Ka’mariya Littlejohn, Z’ky Foster, Parker Littlejohn, Peyton Littlejohn, all of Spartanburg, South Carolina, and Zion Foster of Gastonia, North Carolina. A host of extended family members and dear friends will also cherish her memory
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 1;00 p.m. at Metropolitan AME Zion Church.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Community Mortuary, Inc., 102 Marion Avenue, Spartanburg, SC.
