Mae Lois (Eison) Hooker

Mae Lois Eison Hooker, 90, of Union, SC, passed away on Monday December 5, 2022. A native of Union County, SC, she was the widow of James Hooker and daughter of the late Spencer and Annie L. Henderson Eison. She was a long time member of Mt. Rowell Baptist Church, Lockhart, SC.

Ms. Hooker was preceded in death by one son, James Edward Eison; three brothers, Marion Eison, Gaines Eison, Garnett Eison; and one sister, Gussie Glenn. 

Those left to cherish fond and precious memories are one son, William Eison; one daughter, Barbara (Clifford) Austin; three grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; two brothers, Roosevelt (Dorothy) Eison, Roscoe Washington; three sisters, Mary Ann (James) Mckinney, Wendy (Phito) Domercant, Dinah Washington; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends, all of whom will miss her dearly.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Community Mortuary, Inc., 361 Meansville Rd., Union, SC.
