Mae Frances Bowser, 80, of 103 Rogers Circle, Union, SC passed away Wednesday morning, February 17, 2021 at her residence. A native of Chester, SC she was the daughter of the late John Henry Bowser Sr, and Earline Worthy Bowser. She attended Monarch Baptist Church. She also attended Union County schools and was a retiree of Milliken - Monarch Plant. In addition to her parents , she was preceded in death by two sisters, Dora Harley and Johnnie Ruth Young. Those who remain to cherish her loving memory include, two sons, Clarence (Linda) Bowser of Spartanburg, SC and Mark Douglas (Francina) Whitmire of Union, SC; two daughters, Terrie B. Lindsay of Buffalo, SC and Wendy B. (Mark) Williams of Piedmont, SC; seven grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; two brothers, James Edward Bowser and John Henry Bowser, Jr. both of Union, SC; two sisters, Earline (Douglas) Beaty and Sallie Bell Bowser both of Union, SC; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday, February 20, 2021 at Community Mortuary Chapel with burial immediately following at Red Hill Baptist Church in Leeds, SC. Arrangements are with Community Mortuary, 361 Meansville Road, Union, SC.
