Joe Bynum Tugman, Jr. entered eternal rest on June 5, 2022 in Spartanburg, SC. He was the son of Shirley Sims Tugman Gray and the late Joe Bynum Tugman, Sr.
He attended New Life Deliverance Worship Center.
He leaves to cherish many memories, his mother, Shirley Sims Tugman Gray; two brothers, Chante Lamont (Theresa) Tugman of Clayton, NC and Steven Ervin (Venita) Tugman of San Antonio, TX; one sister, Judith Laney (James) Gray of Georgetown, TX and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends. Arrangements have been entrusted to Community Mortuary, Inc., 102 Marion Avenue, Spartanburg, SC.
