Joe Henry Robinson

Joe Henry Robinson, 75, of 257 Frey Road, Spartanburg, SC passed Friday, July 19, 2019 at his home.  A native of Spartanburg, SC, he was the husband of Nancy Brooks and son of the Dosh Robinson and Catherine Bernard Robinson.  He was self-employed as a mechanic.  Survivors in addition to his wife include one son, Kevin  (Tacheria) Brooks of Boiling Springs, SC, three daughters, Camilla  (Robert) Watson of Spartanburg, SC,  Stephanie  (Bobby) Higgins of Roebuck, SC, and Leandra  (Toney) Brooks Spartanburg, SC; eleven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; one sister, Katie M.  Robinson of Spartanburg, SC; and a host of other relatives and friends.  Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 24, 2019 at 1:00 p. m. at Friendship Baptist Church of Spartanburg.   Burial will be in the First Baptist of Fairforest Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at 350 South Alexander Drive, Spartanburg, SC.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Community Mortuary, 102 Marion Avenue, Spartanburg, SC.
