Herschel McCullough

Mr. Herschel McCullough was born June 16, 1945, in Spartanburg, SC. Herschel was the son of the late James and Princella McCullough. He passed away November 4, 2021.

He served in the United States Army. He was a former employee with Washington Post. 

Herschel was preceded in death by his parents and one son, Aaron Freeman.

Left to cherish fond and loving memories are; son, Christopher McCullough of Bowie, MD and daughter, Lisa McCullough BeBe of Suitland, MD; three grandchildren, Maurice McCullough, Daryl McCullough and Keonna  Pitman  all of Suitland, MD; two great-grandchildren, Prince McCullough and Cameron McCullough both of Suitland, MD; sisters, Brenda Edwards of Wellford, SC, Daisy (Clifford) Knuckles of Spartanburg, SC, Barbara Ann Byrd of Greenville, SC and Barbara Jean Jones of Nashville, TN, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and dear friends. Arrangements are with Community Mortuary, Inc. 102 Marion Avenue, Spartanburg, SC.
