Gladys Mae Gilliam

Gladys Mae Moorman Gilliam, 79, of Euclid, OH, was called to eternal rest on Sunday, November 24, 2024.

She was the daughter of the late Sallie Gilliam Moorman and Douglas Moorman was born on May 01, 1945, in Union County, SC.  Gladys grew up in New Chapel AME Church and graduated from the Sims High School Class of 1964. She lived in Cleveland, Ohio where she raised her two children. She worked in the hospital and with home health care. 

Left with precious memories are her daughter, Gwendolyn Denise Reddick and her son, Eugene(Emily) Gilliam, Jr.; grand children, Chantelle, Cameron, Alex, Aaron and Avery; great-granddaughter, Paytin; a brother, Douglas Moorman, Jr.; two sisters, Catherine Lindsay and Dianne(Starlin) McClurkin; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends Arrangements are with Community Mortuary Inc. 361 Meansville Road, Union, SC.
