Eugene Brannon, 59, of Spartanburg, SC passed away on January 24, 2023 at his residence. He was born in Spartanburg County, SC on April 30, 1963. He was the son of Johnny Mullins and the late Classie Brannon Powell. Eugene is survived by three brothers, Johnny Lee (Anita) Brannon, Lonnie (Cheryl) Brannon, and Ben (Stacy) Fernandez; six sisters, Andrea (Ivan) Bailey, Annette (Donald) Philson, Johnnie Mae Mullins, Doris Mullins, Tammy Hunter, Pam Mullins; and a host nieces, nephews, and cousins. Arrangements are with Community Mortuary, 102 Marion Avenue, Spartanburg, SC.
