Elizabeth Ann (Brandon) Gilliam

Elizabeth Ann Brandon Gilliam, 74, of Union, SC, passed away Saturday, October 14, 2023, at her residence. A native of Union County, SC, she was the daughter of the late Arthur Brandon and the late Mary Charles Meadors Brandon.

Elizabeth was a member of the Sims High School class of 1968. She was an employee of Milliken & Company- Monarch Plant. She was a member of New Emanuel Chapel Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers; McArthur Brandon, Lorenzo Brandon, and Stanley Brandon; three sisters, Annie Gregory, Evelyn Smith, and Becky Brandon Gilmore; one nephew, Jerel Brandon; and a special friend, Arzolia Gist.

Those left to cherish precious memories are; two sons, Kenneth (Nicole) Brandon, and Robert (Barbara) Gilliam; three daughters, Rosaline (Albert) Bates, Darlene Gilliam, and Summer Smith; twelve grandchildren; sixteen great- grandchildren; four brothers, John Brandon, Howard (Cathy) Brandon, Leroy (Genell) Brandon, and James (Lisa) Brandon; five sisters, Mae Catherine Brandon, Judy (Curtis) Smith, Gloria Jones, Laura Smith, and Rosemary Beatty; special nephew Terelle Gilmore; special nieces Shakira Brandon, and Denise Gilmore; a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends all of whom will miss her dearly.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Community Mortuary, Inc., 361 Meansville Rd., Union, SC.
