Obituary
Union, SC – Cynthia Irene Parham, 85, of 761 Monarch Highway, passed from this life to eternal rest on January 26, 2023, at her residence. Irene was the youngest of seven children. She was born in Union County, SC to the late Obie and Isabella Jones Parham on June 16, 1937. She was a 1954 graduate of Sims High School in Union, SC. She retired from Uniblend Spinners as a machine operator for thirty-two years. Irene was a member of Woodson Chapel Baptist Church where she joined at an early age. She worked in various church ministries to include Adult Choir, Usher, Missionary, Clerk, and financial secretary until her death. Survivors include a number if nieces, nephews, and cousins. Arrangements are with Community Mortuary, 361 Meansville Road, Union, SC.
