Affectionately called ‘Baybelle’ by her family, Connie was a native of Chester County, SC. She was the widow of Dwight “Brick” Worthy and the daughter of the late Carlson Jeter, Jr. and Frances Thompson Jeter.

She was very dedicated and committed to Head Start and serving its children and families. Her co-workers referred to her as a kind and loving spirit with a friendly and sweet soul.
