Clifford Allen

Clifford Allen, 64, was born in Union County, on Thursday, October 20, 1960. He departed this earthly life on Thursday, August 14, 2025, at his home in Jonesville, SC. He was the husband of Deborah Jones Allen and son of the late Townsend William Goode and Easter Mae Allen Kershaw Goode.

Clifford was a graduate of Jonesville High School, class of 1979. He retired from Dollar Tree Distribution Center after many dedicated years. His favorite football team was the Las Vegas Raiders. He cherished the moments with his family. His wife, children and grandchildren were the loves of his life. He was a faithful member of Bethany A.M.E. Church.

In addition to his parents, Clifford was preceded in death by one brother, Marlo Goode; and one sister, Elizabeth Kershaw.

He leaves precious and fond memories with his lovely wife of forty years, Deborah Allen; sons, Clifford Ray (Chyva) Allen, Bradley Neil Allen; daughters, Lauren Elyse (Chase) Robinson and Ureka Brannon; six grandchildren, four brothers, William Allen, Carl Allen, Norman Kershaw, and Walter Kershaw; two sisters, Erica Kershaw, and Latasha Smallwood; half- brothers, Marcus Goode, and James Smith; half-sisters, Charlene Thompson, Paula Hill, Candace Owens, Sylvia Clowney, Beverly Duncan, and Connie Smith; stepmother, Dorothy Goode; brother-in-law, Kevin Jones; two sisters-in-law, Traci Byrd, and Denise Jones; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends, all of whom will miss him dearly.

The family will receive friends at 2017 West Springs Highway, Jonesville, SC. Arrangements are with Community Mortuary, 361 Meansville Road, Union, SC.
