Chanda Reena Lindsay

Chanda Reena Lindsay was born on Thursday, March 31, 1977. She departed this earthly life on Friday, July 15, 2022, in Spartanburg Medical Center.

Chanda was the precious daughter of Amos Beacham and Linda Lindsay Gray and her beloved companion of Marvin Nelson.

She attended the public schools of Union County and was a former employee of Ellen Sagar Nursing Home. Her Christian journey began at her family church, Bethany AME Church.

Chanda was preceded in death a sister, Felicia Antoinette Gray.

She leaves precious memories to her parents, Amos Beacham and Linda Lindsay Gray both of Union, SC; her companion, Marvin Nelson of the home; three loving daughters, Brittney Lindsay of Union, SC and Kelsie Nelson and Olivia Nelson both of the home; two grandchildren, Ke’Lonnie Imir Gist and Ka’Mora Neveaeh Gist both of Union, SC; one, brother, Amos (Bianca) Beacham of Spartanburg, SC; two sisters, Angela (Jamie) Brannon of Union, SC, and Lekiesha (Travis) Tate of Duncan, SC, and a host of nephews, nieces, one great-neice, Nylah Naomi Davis, cousins, and other relatives and dear friends. 

The family will receive friends at the home of her daughter, Brittney Lindsay, 683 Rice Ave. Ext. 2-B, Union, SC.

Arrangements are with Community Mortuary, Inc. 361 Meansville Road, Union, SC.
