Carolyn Delois Canty

Carolyn Delois Canty, 57, of Spartanburg, SC passed away February 14, 2020.  A native of Spartanburg, SC she was the daughter of Lillie Pearl Canty Rogers (Willie) Cohen of Spartanburg, SC and Bobby (Beverly) Cheeks of Spartanburg, SC. She was educated in the Spartanburg County school system and was of the Baptist faith.  She was preceded in death by one son, Reginald Canty.  Those who remain to cherish her memory include three sons, Thomas Canty, Timothy Candy and Anthony Canty all of Spartanburg, SC; one daughter, Angela (Bernard) Daniels of Saluda, SC; two grandchildren, Kamiya Canty and Jacob Spurs; three brothers, Robert (Lucinda) Canty, Bobby Cheeks, Jr. and Darryl Cheeks all of Spartanburg, SC; five sisters, Teresa Canty, Sharon Canty, Sonya (Mark) Robinson, Keisha Cheeks and Sabrina Cheeks all of Spartanburg, SC; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  Funeral services will be held 1:00 om Saturday, February 22, 2020 at Community Mortuary Chapel.  The family will receive friends at the home of her father, 376 Whitlock Street, Spartanburg, SC.  Arrangements are with Community Mortuary, 102 Marion Avenue, Spartanburg, SC.
