Brenda Harriett Carson

Brenda Carson, 65 of Spartanburg, SC passed away Friday, October 8, 2021 at Spartanburg Medical Center. She was the daughter of the late Jimmy Fowler and Blondale Carson Miller. She was a member of Holden Chapel Missionary Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Jimmy Lee Fowler, Steven Fowler; sister, Jackie Fowler and adopted sister, Mary Poindexter.

She leaves to cherish fond and loving memories; two daughters, Leslie Geter (Delinnis) of Spartanburg, SC and Shneeka Carson of the home; four grandchildren, two brothers, Frankie Fowler and Bernard Fowler both of Spartanburg, SC; three sisters, Diane (Ronald) McKinney, Francine Fowler and Beverly Caree all of Spartanburg, SC; adopted brothers, Charles Poindexter and Kenny Poindexter; adopted sister, Rita Shippy and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and dear friends. Arrangements are with Community Mortuary, Inc.,102 Marion Avenue, Spartanburg, SC.
