Beverly (Floyd) Abdullah

Beverly Floyd Abdullah, 65, of Spartanburg, SC passed away Wednesday night, July 26, 2023 in Spartanburg Medical Center. She was born in Cherokee County, SC on November 15, 1957.  She was the wife of Malik Abdullah of the home and the daughter of the late Ervin Lee Floyd, Sr. and Creola Edwards Floyd. She was a 1975 graduate of Dorman High School. She was an employee of Dish Network for the past fifteen years.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Ervin Lee Floyd, Jr. and her sister, Gail Juanita Floyd Howell. Survivors in addition to her husband include one son, Joerico B. Floyd of Spartanburg, SC; one daughter, Johnnette Parks of Spartanburg, SC; her grandchildren; two brothers, Charles Crawford and Ethan Floyd both of Spartanburg, SC; two sisters, Gennell Campbell and Patina Bailey both of Spartanburg, SC; two uncles, George (Victoria) Floyd of Richmond, VA and Charles (Esther) Floyd of Spartanburg, SC; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.  In lieu if flowers, please make donations in her memory to the American Cancer Society.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Community Mortuary, 102 Marion Avenue Spartanburg, SC.
