Andre Simpson

Andre "Chop" Simpson, 53, was born on July 31, 1970 in Spartanburg Regional Hospital to Miss Betty Jean Simpson and the late Eugene Robinson, Sr. He passed away on April 17, 2024 at his residence. He was the youngest of three siblings, the late Brian "Keyball" Simpson and the late Glennis Simpson. He attended Spartanburg High School. He liked working with mechanics and cars. He enjoyed detailing cars and was the neighborhood handy man. "Chop" was a very respectful person and treated everyone he came across with thoughtfulness and consideration.

In addition to his mother, Betty Jean Simpson, he leaves fond and precious memories to his aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins,  and other relatives of the Walker, Landrum, Posey, Robinson, and Lyles families, who will all miss him dearly.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Community Mortuary, Inc., 102 Marion Avenue, Spartanburg, SC.
