Sadie Lucille "Bet" Spears

Sadie Lucille "Bet" Spears, 93, of 416 Soft Breezes Lane, Spartanburg, SC passed away Sunday morning, August 11, 2019 at her residence.  A native of Union County, SC, she was the daughter of the late Coleman Spears and Elnora Brown Spears.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Jimmy Dean "Bo" Spears, six brothers, Ernest Spears, James C. Spears, Haskell Spears, John F. Spears, Grover Spears, and Lee Robert "Pete" Spears; and two sisters, Fannie Mae Spears and Lenora Spears Jeffries.  She is survived by one daughter, Sherrie Lynn Spears of the home; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.  The family will receive friends at the home.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Community Mortuary, 102 Marion Avenue, Spartanburg, SC.
