Ray Luckey, Jr., of 2717 31st Street, SE, Apt 576, Washington, DC passed away Thursday morning, September 5, 2019 in Spartanburg Medical Center. He was born in Plymouth, OH. He was retired from the US Air Force and worked as federal park police officer. He was a mason. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Tabitha Luckey Harris. Arrangements are with Community Mortuary, 361 Meansville Road, Union, SC.
