Eddie Leon "Mr. Ed" Miller

Eddie Leon "Mr.  Ed" Miller, 64, of 602 East Fairview Avenue, Greer, SC passed away Monday, August 26, 2019 in Spartanburg Medical Center.  A native of Greer, SC, he was the husband of Fontaine Miller and the son of the late Edward L. Miller and Mary Louise Wilkes Miller.  He was a former employee of Cryovac, Inc.  He was preceded in death by two brothers, Ernest Miller and George Jones.   He is survived by four brothers, Larry (Letetia) Cohen of Wellford, Willie Earl Berry of Greer, SC, Kenneth Nesbitt of Wellford, and Steven Curl of Albuquerque, NM; one sister, Erisa Richardson of Blythewood, SC; two beloved nieces, Kyra McKinley Richardson of Blythewood, SC and Tremetra Whiteside; and a host of uncles, aunts, other nieces, nephews, and cousins.  Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday, August 30, 2019 at Community Mortuary.  Reverend James Nesbitt will officiate.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service and at other times at the home of his aunt, Mary Alice Thompson, 589 Old Spartanburg Highway, Wellford, SC.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Community Mortuary, 102 Marion, Spartanburg, SC.
