Benjamin "Ben" Little, Sr.

Deacon Benjamin Lee "Ben" Little, Sr., 64, of 245 Blue Ridge Road, Union, SC passed Saturday morning, June 29, 2019 in Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home. A native of Union County, SC, he was the husband of Sally Crosby Little and the son of the late James Elijah Little and Margaret Jennings Little.  He was a member of Saint Luke Baptist Church.  He was a 1973 graduate of Union High School and was retired from Michelin Manufacturing of Spartanburg after thirty-four years of service.  He leaves precious memories to his wife of forty-four years, Sally Little of the home; one son, Benjamin  "BJ" (Bridget) Little, Jr. of Spartanburg, SC; one daughter, Codie (Tony) Bryant of Tallahassee, FL; four granddaughters, Reina, Malaya, Kemina, and Samara Bryant; one granddog, Winston Little; one sister, Ruth Ann Little of Laurens, SC; and a host of close relatives and friends and his special neighbors, Starlin and Dianne McClurkin.  The family will receive friends Tuesday from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Community Mortuary and at other times at the home.  Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 3, 2019 at Saint Luke Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Community Mortuary, 361 Meansville Road, Union, SC.
